ViVi User Application is a component of the Customer Connection Mobile Application platform. ViVi User is for customers to use to participate in the Customer Connection program that stores or companies have Customer Care and Connection programs.ViVi User is a reward point wallet application that helps users store reward points from interactive activities at stores participating in the ViVi Customer Connection program.Trading activities include:- Connect with the store for the first time when you make a purchase or get points from the Connect QR code shared by the store- Bonus points, accumulate points when making purchases- Bonus points for repeat purchases- Receive and read marketing messages from Stores that users have connected (Customers receive bonus points for viewing advertising and marketing messages)- Share your stores Connections with friends, relatives, colleagues (You get 30% of total points of connections * points for each connection)Reward points are only available in 1 type of points (1 Token is equivalent to 1,000 VND) and have the same value at all stores participating in the Customer Connect program- Transfer points to relatives and friends who have installed and used the ViVi App- Payment for exchange of points for goods and services with stores when that Store has a Standee signal: "Receive points for exchange"- Send a request to borrow points, return points- Exchange accumulated points for road traffic fees for cars (Enter license plate)In addition, the application provides users with a list of favorite Stores and Sellers, making it easy for users to continue buying, or sharing useful information with relatives and friends.Provide users with the latest information from brands and connected stores.
